We are getting ready to celebrate World Oceans Day during the month of June with a great give-back program to help save the sea turtles, and you're invited to join! We are partnering up with fellow mission-based companies and a nonprofit environmental organization working to protect our ocean from plastic pollution, which is a growing threat to sea turtles and countless other marine animals. Help us be a part of the plastic pollution solution!

Raising Funds for Sea Turtles

ECOlunchbox and Ocean Sole have teamed up with us for the entire month of June to raise funds for SEE Turtles, a nonprofit that provides sea turtle conservation and protection. All participating companies are part of a plastic pollution revolution and share in the mission to help spread awareness about the threat as well as creating products that help to reduce harmful plastics from filling our beautiful oceans.

For every order placed during the month of June, a donation of $1 will be donated to SEE Turtles Billion Baby Turtles Project. SEE Turtles is an organization that supports community-based turtles conservation programs in Latin America through their Billion Baby Turtles program and conservation tours. Every $1 donated helps to save at least one endangered hatchling at an important nesting beach in Latin America.

"Sea turtles are extremely important both to people and to wild habitats. Sea turtles help control the amount of jellyfish in the ocean, keep seagrass healthy, and eat sponges that allow coral reefs to grow."  Brad Nahill, cofounder of SEE Turtles

We are so excited to celebrate World Oceans Day every day and to share our love for our oceans and sea turtles with our communities. To join us in raising funds for the sea turtles,  please use the code SEETURTLES when placing your order at checkout.

Their creative team of artisans create discarded flip-flops into elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos, dolphins, sharks, turtles and more. These flip-flops share a special and important message about marine conservation while bringing happiness and smiles to people each and every day.

"I was not able to afford shoes and had to borrow some to come to Nairobi to find work. I have been working here for six years... I can now afford to send my two children to secondary school and feed and clothe them well. I have set up a small farm upcountry with two cows and I sell the milk to my neighbors to make extra money and it is an investment for my children. The company supports me when I am sick and they pay my doctor's bills. I say thank you."
