Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping in the Continental US with purchases of $75 or more when using the provided code at checkout. Standard shipping is calculated by weight and all packages over 2 lbs will be UPS ground. For smaller items such as a single bottle, lids and bottle brushes and packages under 2 lbs, USPS may be used to ship your order. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Portland, OR and will take up to 5 business days to travel to the East Coast. Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in our quality control to ensure that only the best bottles are sent out into the world. If there's an issue with the bottle that you received, please email us or call us at 855.568.3420 so that we can help resolve the problem. When emailing us, please send along a digital photo of your bottle, explaining the situation. If you would like to exchange or return your bottle(s), please indicate that in your email so that we can issue you a return label to send your bottle(s) back. Your new bottle(s) will be shipped out or a refund will be issued after we receive your bottles.
